The BTRG Difference
Excellence through Engagement
When delivering professional consulting services, having a clear, coherent process that outlines how client work should be carried out from initial engagement through completion, is critical. At BTRG, this end-to-end client management responsibility is placed in the hands of your Engagement Manager.
Engagement Managers are responsible for the global management of a portfolio of accounts. They're typically involved with clients upfront during the sales cycle, so when a new client comes on board, they're already familiar with the project and the level of effort required. Your Engagement Manager will work with you to understand and cultivate the long-term vision, goals and objectives for your organization and will develop and nurture the plans required to meet them. They maintain and guide that long-term perspective through on-site visits and by working in close collaboration with the BTRG project managers overseeing your project.
BTRG's typical Engagement Manager is a PeopleSoft expert with 10-15 years of PeopleSoft consulting experience. Frequently, they have both functional and technical expertise and have managed no less than a half dozen implementation or upgrade projects. While they have specific expertise in Financials, Supply Chain Management, or HCM, what sets them apart is their ability to discern, articulate, and solve the complex business problems that non-technical stakeholders from line-of-business managers to CEO's and CFO's are facing right now.
This is a highly sought after skill and, strategically, BTRG has recognized it as essential to delivering client value. That's why we've organized BTRG so that every client is assigned an Engagement Manager.
