Chris is a seasoned project manager with over 17 years of experience in financial information systems planning and development projects utilizing structured methodologies, advanced programming tools, the latest server and database products, and various project management tools.
His career started with the development of custom software solutions for several large federal agencies, most notably the Resolution Trust Corporation (RTC) and The Government National Mortgage Association (Ginnie Mae). For the last 14 years Chris has been implementing Oracle and PeopleSoft Financials suites and integrating them with 3rd party and custom applications.
Chris's experience on large ERP implementation and upgrade projects includes both technical and functional lead roles as well as participation in the sales cycle including: strategy and proposal development, client presentations, project and engagement management, and service design and development.
Chris's experience spans several industries with an emphasis on Financial Services and Insurance with considerable project experience in the Software, Telecommunications, Pharmaceuticals, Health Care, Energy and Business Services industries.
