Jim runs all aspects of BTRG’s Workday Practice.
As a recognized specialist in enterprise application software implementation, Jim is the go-to expert for matching client needs and software solutions and for managing cross-functional teams to implement solutions on-time and on-budget. Throughout his more than 15 year career, Jim has successfully managed financial, human capital, and customer relationship management projects in top defense, hospitality, manufacturing, and start-up firms and government agencies.
Jim’s expertise is full lifecycle implementation of enterprise software solutions, including identifying business requirements, developing project plans, managing development, assuring systems integration, and leading training, transition to production and production support.
Additionally, Jim has led large enterprise project management organizations and directed engagement management and project management for several top software firms. He is a sought-after presenter on various program management topics, enterprise software selection, information technology implementation methodologies and business process change management.
Jim holds a bachelor’s degree in Financial Management from The Catholic University of America in Washington, DC and a MBA in Management Information Systems from American University in Washington, DC.
