Michael P. Martin
Director of Operations, Data Management
Michael Martin started his career in 1994 building and developing financial systems. He joined BTRG in 1996 and shortly thereafter he began leading Oracle PeopleSoft Enterprise implementations for Fortune 500 companies in the Aerospace and Defense, Finance, Healthcare, and Retail industries. Mike has consistently drawn from his strong technical background and project management skills to deliver technology solutions on time and budget.
For the past 4 years, Mike has been delivering data management solutions with a focus on data archiving, data privacy and performance tuning. Today, he leads BTRG's Data Management Practice where he works with customers to:
- Prevent data growth from impairing performance and business results.
- Reduce downtime from unreliable application performance.
- Facilitate compliance with data retention regulations.
- Protect the privacy of confidential end-user or consumer information.
Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Villanova University.
