Our consultants average 10-12 years of PeopleSoft expertise, tend to be both functional and technical and have frequently managed implementation or upgrade projects. In addition, all of our clients work closely with a BTRG Engagement Manager.
Non-billable, senior employees, our Engagement Managers have 10-15 years of PeopleSoft expertise and specific subject matter knowledge of Financials, Supply Chain Management, or Human Capital Management. However, what sets them apart is their ability to discern, articulate, and solve the complex business problems that non-technical stakeholders from LOB managers to CEO�s and CFO�s are facing right now.
Unlike our Big Consulting competitors, BTRG won't walk into a project with a team of junior consultants. Not only would our customers not tolerate it, but we know that a consultant with 12 years of PeopleSoft experience can accomplish more, every hour, than someone with 4-5 years of experience.
