We have experience with and are currently engaged on several upgrade and implementation projects for PeopleSoft 8.9 and are actively counseling clients on prospective upgrade paths to Oracle Fusion Applications.

Change Management is a central component when implementing all of these solutions. We regularly lobby to obtain management buy-in from various departments and change the thinking from working in silos to working under a common system and a common process. We focus on raising awareness, encouraging knowledge transfer, and genuinely creating the ability to use new systems. We routinely host focus group meeting; prioritize and link modules with business activities; and orchestrate, facilitate, and manage change; as a part of our implementation services.
