Cerelia Sumlin has been implementing ERP systems since 1996. Her accounting background provides her with insight to customer challenges such as compliance, reporting, and internal controls. Her years of system implementations have given her experience with many approaches to managing ERP projects. Her primary area of expertise is with Oracle’s PeopleSoft Enterprise Financial Management where she has experience with General Ledger, Payables, Purchasing, Receivables, Billing, Contracts, Project Costing, and Grants.

Cerelia has implemented Oracle’s PeopleSoft Enterprise Financial Management in various industries such as Higher Education, Healthcare, State and Local Governments, Transportation and Utilities. She has received several awards and recognition from PeopleSoft for consulting service and service innovation.

Cerelia has accounting experience with Federal Reimbursements, Accounts Payable, Employee Travel and Relocation, Payroll, and Accounts Receivable.

Cerelia earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from The College of William & Mary. She is also a Certified Public Accountant.
