With his expertise in applying information technology to business use, Duncan Ross has been a significant contributor to the bottom line of companies ranging from small businesses to fortune 500 enterprises. Duncan has worked with many technology leaders, including FedEx, MCI Systemhouse, Moog Inc., Moore Corp., Bell Atlantic, Cognigen Corp, Chase Manhattan Bank,  Meritain Health and Roche Pharmaceuticals. His goal has always been to provide the best possible solutions, using an unbiased approach that results in the highest value to the client.

Since 2002, Duncan has been an independent consultant focusing on technology strategy and alignment of that strategy to business objectives. Prior to this he held senior level management positions at FedEx, McGraw Hill, Cognigen Corp and Moore Research. Duncan was a Project Director with MCI Systemhouse in the late 90's, responsible for managing projects over $10 Million in revenue. He was on the team that re-developed the project management methodology for Systemhouse.

Duncan has in-depth experience across most areas of information technology, including project management, operations, data warehousing, financial systems, web based systems/portals, infrastructure, telephony/VoIP, business continuity and systems architecture. His industry experience includes: Manufacturing, Banking, Printing, Pharmaceutical, Health Care, Logistics, Call Centers, and Aerospace & Defense.
