Eddie Quinn has been implementing ERP systems since 1993. Eddie is a seasoned consultant with many years of experience in financial information systems planning and development projects utilizing structured methodologies and advanced programming tools.

His strong accounting background provides insight to customer challenges such as financial reporting, project reporting and system efficiencies. Eddie provides Project Management and Functional/Technical Consulting services to customers on PeopleSoft applications. Eddie fills key roles in the implementation of systems to support operational needs such as contracts-to-cash, procure-to-pay business processes. Other areas of expertise include risk management, project scoping and planning, fit/gap analysis, requirements definition, technical design, testing, and implementation support.

His many years of system implementations have given him experience with many approaches to managing ERP projects. His primary area of expertise is with Oracle’s PeopleSoft Enterprise Financial Management System.

Eddie has implemented Oracle’s PeopleSoft Enterprise Financial Management in various industries such as Federal Government, Government Contracting, Financial Services and various non profits.

Eddie has accounting experience with CAS and DCAA regulations, manufacturing cost accounting, project cost accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll.

Eddie earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Maryland and MBA in Information Systems from the University of Baltimore. He is also a Certified Public Accountant.
