The expertise within this arena has allowed Mary Anne to effectively identify senior level consulting talent given her in-depth understanding of the ever changing ERP marketplace. Mary Anne has a proven track record of building long-term relationships with the ERP consulting community, and a history of managing and mentoring recruiting and sales staff to position for success.

Mary Anne is regarded as a recruiting industry leader throughout the country for her depth of experience in the PeopleSoft space. With her sheer tenacity and work ethic, she built a successful ERP staff augmentation business throughout an economic downturn and revitalized a practice to a multi-million dollar division.

Mary Anne has worked in the areas of Healthcare recruitment and Advertising account management. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Communication from La Salle University.
