Robert has over 15 years experience in Higher Education, IT, Finance and Supply Chain Management industries. He has lead projects at many top 500 firms in a broad range of industries including Health Care, Government Contracting and Insurance. Robert has placed special emphasis on ERP systems implementations using a Business Process Management approach that achieves company’s core objectives by developing a best in class business model.

Robert is a leader in managing BTRG’s strategic accounts. His current portfolio includes clients in the A&D and Insurance industry. All Robert’s accounts are characterized by high customer satisfaction, strong leadership, and on-budget and on-time implementations.

Robert has worked for industries in Canada and the United States. He has a Bachelor of Business Administration with a Major in Management Information Systems from Concordia University in Montreal, Canada. Robert has worked at Concordia University, Litton/PRC and was an independent Consultant specializing in PeopleSoft Financial Implementations and Business Process Management initiatives. Robert has been with BTRG since 1999.
