Steve Bentz has been implementing Human Resource and Financial systems since 1986 and has
been managing PeopleSoft and Oracle implementations/initiatives since 1994. With over 21 years of implementation and change management experience, Steve has provided
both functional and technical solutions for clients with an emphasis on Best Practice relating to Portal, Self Service and workflow functionality across ERP
applications.
His prior experience as an Area Manager with The Hunter Group and ERP Practice Manager with Optimos, Inc. provides a unique perspective to BTRG’s
strategic offerings, presenting our clients with broad-based solutions that cross the HCM arena and touch all areas within an organization's operating structure.
Steve has played a pivotal role in overseeing and/or managing more than 10 full system life cycle development implementations and more than 15 upgrades of Oracle’s
PeopleSoft Enterprise Human Capital Management modules. He also brings experience integrating solutions for ADP, Ceridian, Kronos as well as other software
providers.
While Steve has primarily concentrated directing his efforts within Payroll, Time and Labor and Absence Management initiatives, he has
strong experience with Benefits Administration, Variable Compensation, Position Management, Recruiting Solutions and Workflow integration
for the deployment of Manager and Employee Self Service functionality. He has implemented these solutions in various industries, heavily
concentrated in Healthcare, Financial Services, Utilities, Public Sector and Higher Education.
Steve earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Villanova University and is an active member of IHRIM and Vice President
of Facilities Planning for the Philadelphia Area Regional Users Group.
