BTRG was chosen to participate a series of educational webinars hosted by
IHRIM's
Mid-Atlantic Chapter. Steve Bentz, HCM Practice
Manager at BTRG, presented Seven Steps to
Achieving Self Service Success, which aimed to provide HR IT Managers with measurable objectives
they can incorporate into the planning, design and implementation of upcoming Manager and Employee Self
