BTRG Sponsors and Presents for Collaborate 07 Event in Las Vegas, Nevada

Collaborate 07 is designed to help users of Oracle business applications and database technologies gain greater value from their Oracle investments. Quest is co-locating with the two other user groups to create this event, while still providing PeopleSoft and JD Edwards focused content and special events within the conference. COLLABORATE 07 is created by and for users and offers an expert blend of customer-to-customer interaction and insights from technology visionaries and Oracle strategists.

BTRG had a silver sponsorship for Collaborate 07 and had two presentations during the exhibiting week. BTRG's founder and president, Jeff Goddard, hosted a round table discussion that identified shortcuts, tips and tricks for managing the scope of an upgrade and reducing time investments.

Senior Solutions Manager, Mike Martin, also made a presentation that focused on BI/XML Publisher for Project Reports. This session included an overview of the setup, use and configuration of XML Publisher and a live demo of how BTRG uses XML Publisher for reporting in the Projects module. Mike also demonstrated a BTRG created enhancement which enables XML Publisher reports to be e-mailed.
