The Mid-Atlantic Regional Users Group held their summer meeting this August at the Capital One West Creek Campus in Richmond, Virginia. The conference featured more than 15 breakout sessions and roundtable discussions. BTRG both sponsored and presented for this event. Peter Ricciardiello, Senior Consultant at BTRG, held a breakout session, "PeopleSoft Integration Broker: Explained and Experienced" that provided an overview of the components of the IB, how it operates, and a brief explanation of Integration Broker configuration - explained. The second half of the presentation described how our team implemented this tool for the number one baseball cap company in the nation and the lessons we learned in the process - experienced.
