BTRG was a proud sponsor for Quest's annual HCM and Beyond event this
past November in Atlanta,
Georgia. HCM and Beyond is a conference presentation of Quest International Users Group and the
Oracle HCM Users Group (OHUG). This new event will
also include the Southeast and Florida Regional User
Groups.
Steve Bentz, Senior Solutions Manager of HCM at
BTRG, delivered two presentations at the event.
The first session took place on November 29th,
Recruit-to-Retain: Deriving Meaningful Metrics.
Steve explained how today’s dynamic workforce necessitates a strategy for retaining skilled and talented workers, and although PS HCM provides the ability to track metrics, true value comes in the ability to derive meaning, establish direction, and take action.
In his second presentation, Seven Steps to Achieving Self Service Success, Steve provided seven measurable objectives for organizations to incorporate into planning, designing and implementing successful Manager and Employee Self Service initiatives, helping them to achieve their HCM goals.
Both sessions were very well received, and BTRG has
received requests to present them in upcoming
webinars.
