BTRG Launches Managing For Results Software
and Services for PeopleSoft Enterprise

Media, PA - June 25, 2010: BTRG, a leading Systems Integrator for Oracle's PeopleSoft Enterprise and a Platinum Partner in the Oracle PartnerNetwork, announced today the creation of Managing For Results, a new solution designed to assist organizations with developing, managing, and maintaining strategic plans.
BTRG's Managing For Results solution is broken down into two key components. The first is a full set of consulting services designed to implement performance-based governance by identifying the vision, approaches, and methodologies for managing performance. BTRG actively promotes the integration of multiple strategic planning and performance management methodologies to gain the greatest perspective on outcomes, and their total costs to the organization.
The second is MFRConnect&trade, a toolset designed to assist organizations with their strategic planning efforts from conception through internalization to improve accountability, transparency, and performance. The major components include strategic plan development, procurement tracking, workforce effort accounting, metrics analysis, and budget development.
Taken together, BTRG's new consulting services and MFRConnect&trade software provide a specific program for implementing a performance based management and planning system with data integration into an organization's enterprise resource planning (ERP) system, workflow, and budgeting systems using Oracle's PeopleSoft or Hyperion Business Intelligence platforms.

The Performance Management Framework for local and state government provides a definition of performance management within the government services context, the benefits of performance management, and the major reasons for implementing performance management. In addition, the framework provides guidance for organizations looking to implement performance management systems. As major participants in the commission's work, these organizations are clearly positioning results-based performance management as a key contributor to the future success of government organizations.
