BTRG is made up of a diverse group of people representing a wide variety of backgrounds. However, we all share two common traits: a curiosity for the world around us and a natural instinct for problem solving. Whether BTRG draws people with those skills or whether people with those skills are drawn to BTRG, we don't know. What we do know, is that BTRG is a place where curiosity and problem solving come together to make a difference.
BTRG has been producing innovative solutions to complex business problems since our early days. For instance, we pioneered early government contracting solutions for PeopleSoft customers by developing demographic contact details to meet FAR and DCAA requirements. Then we developed an application that would help larger organizations better manage their mergers and acquisitions by helping to create new organizational structures based on existing, shared human capital.
Later, it was our no-frills approach to upgrades that drove the industry to offer lower-cost upgrades, faster. Recently, we've developed an entirely unique PeopleSoft-SharePoint integration solution that's caught the eyes and ears of Gartner. Even our fully managed hosting solution includes helpdesk support driven by a proprietary problem-resolution process.
